Nursery

Age range 3–4 years

We feel that it is important to offer a gradual introduction to school life hence part time education is available in our Nursery. Children join the Nursery as "rising threes". We have a lively and stimulating environment with superb facilities and an excellent teaching team.

The curriculum is interesting and varied and in line with the Foundation Stage Curriculum with progressive ‘Stepping Stones’. Great care is taken to balance the early achievement of the reading, writing and numeric skills with the opportunity for constructive and creative play. As children reach our Reception class they are ready for a full day and a broader curriculum.
