Reception classroom

By now the children are developing greater independence and maturity. Class sizes are no greater than 16.

Teaching is mainly classroom based with a form teacher who will offer individual care and attention.

We encourage a team spirit with our house system and points are awarded regularly for behaviour, achievement and sport.

Pupils from Year 2 are given specific duties, which encourages responsibility and leadership skills

Some subjects are taught by specialists including Art, Music, French, Drama, Games and PE. This provides a broad and balanced curriculum which is essential for your child's continued development.
